You will find the Healthy Weight BOOTCAMP (#GBA) to be so powerful that you wouldn’t really need to eat much at all…. if any.

Options summary*:

  • BEST: 1 meal a day up to 1,800 calories
  • 2nd best: 1 meal a day up to 1,600 calories + one snack of mixed fruits
  • 3rd option: 2 meals a days totaling 1,400 calories
  • Less effective: 800 to 1,200 calories during the eating span

Whichever option you choose, follow the RULES

  • Enjoy a lengthy eating span of 45 minutes from first bite to last one
    • up to 1,800 calories if you take Purple and White pills

    • Keep the same daily meal time

2-3 days for your body and mind to adjust. Your “hunger” feeling will disappear when you drink a bottle of water and know that food is available for you ONLY once a day because you are stronger than others.

It is recommended that bariatric surgery patients consume 1,000 to 1,300 calories per day. Likewise, many #GBA users reported feeling satisfied with only 800 calories a day having a limited stomach capacity for food.

While bariatric surgery patients are put on very restricted diets, you are not. The freedom and responsibility to choose what you eat are yours. However, you must eat ONLY HEALTHY foods (lean meats, fresh fruits, and fresh vegetables) and avoid high-calorie junk foods (fried items, cheese, butter, sweets, etc.)

Forbidden foods & drinks

Follow RULES to avoid diminishing the Gastric Bypass EFFECT and side effects

1. NO fried or greasy foods

No fried chicken, french fries or any food dipped in greasy oil

2. NO dairy

NO milk, NO cheese, NO yogurt

Exceptions (you try without)

  • 2 teaspoons of butter a week
  • 1 slice of pizza a week
  • 3 teaspoons of cream cheese a week

3. NO sodas or sugary drinks

Soda, diet or sugary, can cancel the Gastric Bypass EFFECT and cause gases, bloated stomach and diarrhea. Sugary drinks cause spike in sugar levels and increase in cravings and weight.

Water is the best, learn to love it. Flavored water is acceptable but though is has only 5-10 calories, the brain is tricked to think that you are still addicted to sugar or sweet.

4. NO caffeine

It increases the bad cravings
